Borders and Beyond is owned and operated by Kathryn Martinez Lopez, a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant with many years of experience in the legal profession. Kathryn graduated from York College in the Immigration Practitioner Program in 2008. She is well known in the legal industry for her capability, trustworthiness and hard work. She is familiar with the rules, regulations and processes of the legal profession and immigration. Her main focus is family reunification through sponsorship programs for spouses, common-law partners, children and parents. She also offers assistance in other programs such as Temporary Residency, Student Visa, Citizenship and renewal of Permanent Residency.
