I can help you with preparing and submitting your citizenship application and prepare you for the citizenship test and interview.I can also review your application if you have already prepared one.
Citizenship by grant:
Apply for citizenship by grant if you are a permanent resident of Canada and you meet the eligibility criteria. Show that you have been physically present in Canada for at least three years in the past five years, that you have met the language and knowledge requirements, that you have filed your income taxes and that you have not been involved in any criminal or fraudulent activities. Take an oath of citizenship and pledge allegiance to Canada.
Citizenship by descent:
Apply for citizenship by descent if you are born outside Canada to a Canadian parent or grandparent. Show that you are eligible under the first or second generation rule, depending on when you were born. Provide proof of your parent’s or grandparent’s Canadian citizenship and your relationship to them.
